EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This Memorandum is divided into 2 parts of 9 sections. The first section is the introduction which deals with the background, the rationale for the exercise and outlining linkages between the Medium Term Sector Strategies (MTSS), Medium Term Expenditure Framework and the annual budget. It identified high level national and international policies and standards on power especially within the context of a low carbon framework.

HEALTH SECTOR MEDIUM TERM SECTOR STRATEGIES (MTSS) 2018-2020

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) for the period 2018 – 2020 is being developed and when finalized and endorsed by the Executive Council of the Federation, it will be transmitted to the National Assembly for its approval in compliance with Section 14 of the Fiscal Responsibility Act (FRA). The Nigeria Police Force is established by Section 214 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999.
