3. THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
4. THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
5. THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL OF THE FEDERATION & MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Within thirty days of the service of this summons on them, inclusive of the day of such service, cause an appearance to be entered for them to this summons which is issued upon the application of THE PLAINTIFFS, seeking the following reliefs:

A Declaration that the Defendants are under a statutory duty to jointly and severally give effect to Section 11(2) (a) of the National Health Act of 2014.
