Eze Onyekpere

Lead Director

Eze Onyekpere is a lawyer with specialisation in development law including fiscal governance, freedom of information, anti-corruption, extractive industries, political finance, gender and exclusion, human rights and constitutional reforms. Over the last thirty-four years, he has worked on electric power sector reforms, privatisation, gender and trade policy and liberalisation of education.

JANEFRANCIS IJEOMA DURU, PH.D.

Director

Janefrancis Ijeoma Duru, is a development specialist with interest in gender, health and the environment. With over 28 years’ experience in human resources, leadership, communication, gender, health, entrepreneurship development, business advisory, environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and consulting services.

DR. UZOCHUKWU AMAKOM

Director

Uzochukwu Amakom holds a Ph.D. in Economics with strong background in Applied Statistics. He is currently the Senior Public Financial Management Expert (SPFME) to the World Bank funded State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) Programme for the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) Secretariat.

Chibueze Onyekpere

Information Technology Office

Chibueze is the IT manager of CSJ. He is a graduate of Software Engineering from Nile University of Nigeria. With the rise in use of internet and social media, Chibueze provides the right expertise to ensure CSJ maximizes the use of the internet and social media in her awareness campaigns. He also develops software solutions.

Martins Eke

Programme Manager

Martins Eke holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Masters Degree in Public Health. He holds Special Module Certificate from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research. He is a Fellow of the International Budget Partnership.

Sybil Eruogi

Manager Finance

Sybil Eruogi is a chartered accountant cum economist and an alumni of the Tony Elumelu Foundation. She holds a B.Sc. and a Master’s degrees in Economics from Delta State University and University of Illorin respectively.

As the Finance Manager, She leads the finance team to ensure effective management of donor financial requirements and responsibilities, Maintenance of proper and accurate financial records.

Samuel Julius

Programme Officer

Samuel Julius is an economist and a ‘seasoned’ humanitarian who supports gender-based violence (GBV) awareness, education, health, and nutrition. Being Valuable, providing practical support to others in situations where people are not well taken care of, and promoting equality are Samuel’s core values and central to his identity.

Samuel is an agent of growth and development who is open to learning, curious and loves to explore new ideas and approaches by considering a wide range of alternatives with an inner drive to solve problems at different levels.

Prince Nnorom is graduate of Accounting from Imo State University. As a finance officer, he assists CSJ with Posting of financial transactions on Accounting Software. He also safeguards the organization’s resources by scrutinizing all payment requests.
