Eze Onyekpere is a lawyer with specialisation in development law including fiscal governance, freedom of information, anti-corruption, extractive industries, political finance, gender and exclusion, human rights and constitutional reforms. Over the last thirty-four years, he has worked on electric power sector reforms, privatisation, gender and trade policy and liberalisation of education.

Janefrancis Ijeoma Duru, is a development specialist with interest in gender, health and the environment. With over 28 years’ experience in human resources, leadership, communication, gender, health, entrepreneurship development, business advisory, environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and consulting services.

Uzochukwu Amakom holds a Ph.D. in Economics with strong background in Applied Statistics. He is currently the Senior Public Financial Management Expert (SPFME) to the World Bank funded State Fiscal Transparency, Accountability and Sustainability (SFTAS) Programme for the Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) Secretariat.

Omale Omachi Samuel is the Business Development Officer of the CSJ Team, and he is providing resource mobilization strategies for the Centre. Prior to this position, he provided a series of services, ranging from Administrative expertise, Secretarial services, Information Technology (IT) services, and other Special duties.

Her role centres around ensuring equal representation and opportunities for women and girls and in civil society, politics, education, workplace and all walks of life. She assists in research, planning and co-ordination of programmes and workshops for educating and empowering women.

Okem is an IT officer of CSJ. He is a graduate of Computer Engineering from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, Abia State. With the rise in use of internet and social media, Okem provides the right expertise to ensure CSJ maximizes the use of the internet and social media in her awareness campaigns. He also develops software solutions.

Grace A. Ezeobi

Finance Officer

Grace, a graduate of accountancy from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka whose role centres around assisting the finance manager in carrying out finance duties in the organisation. She is a resourceful accountant who provides administrative and technical support to the finance team.

Samuel Julius is an economist and a ‘seasoned’ humanitarian who supports gender-based violence (GBV) awareness, education, health, and nutrition. Being Valuable, providing practical support to others in situations where people are not well taken care of, and promoting equality are Samuel’s core values and central to his identity.
